Job Description: Executive Director

The Executive Director is a full-time employee who collaborates with the WATTS Board of Directors to establish short and long-term goals for the program. Responsibilities include serving as liaison between the WATTS Board of Directors and the Host Facilities, grant solicitation, preparation and compliance; community outreach; staff and host facilities recruitment, screening and training; guest intake; planning, organizing and managing office administration; budgeting, fiscal oversight and reporting; bimonthly and quarterly report preparation. In addition, the Executive Director will supervise the duties of the WATTS contractors and provide coaching and oversight for volunteers.
